Return
Policy - Stocking Items
No returns without prior approval by calling (916) 638-8855. No
returns accepted after 48 hours of receipt. After return authorization
is given, merchandise must be returned within 7 working days to
2700 Mercantile Dr. Ste. 900A Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. An RGA (Return
Goods Authorization) number MUST be clearly marked on the outside
of the box; returns shipped back without and RGA number will be
refused without exception. All returned items must be in new and
re-saleable condition and must include a packing slip providing
customer's name and invoice number, as well as a list of returned
items and reason for the return. A 30% restocking fee may be applied
at FBI's discretion, and refunds are for in-store credit only unless
otherwise stated. In-store credits are valid for 1 year from the
date of issue, and exclude shipping charges on the original invoice.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, and it is recommended
that the package is returned using the same carrier as sent from
FBI, along with insurance and a tracking number. FBI is not responsible
for returned packages lost or damaged by the shipping company in
transit.
Please be aware that any part that has been modified by the customer
will NOT be accepted for return- if you modify it, you own it!
Return Policy
- Custom Orders
All custom order sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. If your
vehicle is sold, stolen, repossessed, or wrecked, you own the parts
you ordered for it. No refunds on air suspension components or electronics.
If your custom order is incorrect, the problem must be reported
within 48 hours of receipt by calling (916) 638-8855.
Damaged Items/
Shipping Errors
All damage claims and shipping errors must be reported to FBI within
48 hours of receipt by calling (916) 638-8855. FBI reserves the
right to handle all damage claims and shipping errors as we see
fit. Please be aware that damage claims take time for the shipping
companies to resolve, and your patience in the matter is appreciated.
Replacement parts or credits will not be issued until a claim is
paid or otherwise resolved.
Custom Part Preparation
and Care
While we take great care to ensure the highest quality parts, aftermarket
chrome parts may have minor marks and blemishes from the manufacturing
process. As this is the nature of standard chrome, we cannot warranty
it in any way. Gouges, bends, and other shipping damages are still
covered under our damage policy, so please call us if you need to
report shipping damages to a chrome part. With all steel bumpers
and valances, chrome or paintable, the backsides must be coated
with an anti-rust finish to protect the items from corrosion! Some
custom bumpers come pre-assembled as a courtesy, but final fitting
and adjustment will be up to the end user at the time of installation.
Custom sheetmetal products are shipped in a bare metal finish to
avoid chemical interaction with your prep materials. Because of
this, some minor surface rust may be on your product when you open
the box. This is not a major concern; simply use steel wool or sandpaper
to remove it.
Customer Service
We always welcome your comments, suggestions, complaints, technical
questions on our products, and of course photos of your custom vehicle
projects using FBI products. Please mail all correspondence to FBI
attn. Customer Service, 2700 Mercantile Dr. Ste. 900A, Rancho Cordova,
CA 95742. Please be sure to include your name, mailing address,
and phone number. Sorry, photos cannot be returned and become property
of FBI.
