FBI specializes in quality, American-made air suspension accessories, custom sheetmetal products, and unique billet aluminum parts for your custom projects.
Our 20,000 square foot facility houses our computerized sales and shipping departments in one half, with our manufacturing department taking up the other half. FBI utilizes state-of-the-art Haas mills and lathes to produce consistent and accurate billet aluminum accessories. Our sheetmetal department houses two numerically-controlled pressbrakes for precision bends and curves in all of our rollpans, skins, and suspension bracketry.
We employ two full-time welders with decades of combined experience to assemble your custom steel and aluminum parts precisely and quickly, ensuring your ease of installation when you receive them. Their workstations include the latest TIG and MIG welding equipment, allowing for efficient welds with a minimum of heat and warpage of your parts.
Our customer lounge is set up as a truck enthusiast's playground. Patrons may feel free to look around and explore the many parts and projects we have on display, including air-ride-equipped bar stools, complete front end conversion packages, a wall-mounted computer station with Internet access, and even a custom-painted Escalade front clip with working air suspension! And of course, what showroom would be complete without a fully airbagged and suicide-doored golf cart? Not ours, that's for sure!
